Gorgeous Girl

Frye is a gorgeous girl with her white blaze, stockings, and tail end. We call that chrome and its beautiful!

 But good looks is not everything. Frye is a nice combination of very friendly and sweet, but is not needy.  She does not follow your every move around the house and does fine home alone. She has not had any accidents in our home.

 Frye is very comfortable in a crate and is mostly quiet.  She will cry a little at first, but then settles down. She always loves to go places and travels great in a vehicle. She jumps into vans and SUVs with ease.

Hiking

Frye has gone hiking with us twice now.  She easily hiked 3.5 miles each time. She walks very nice on leash and is pleasant to bring along. She tries to meet everyone we pass and has not had any problems with the dogs we have passed along the way.

Clicker Training

I have started Frye on some clicker training.  I find the best way to teach the dog what the click means is to teach them to touch something with their nose.  She did pretty well in her first session.

Action Shots

Frye does show some tendency to retrieve which is very rare for a greyhound.  She fetches the toy and then often drops it close to where you are.  A reliable retrieve could definitely be trained.
